Over the past few years we have developed our own computer-scheduling package which also generates our advice notes and invoices. As all documents share the same format our customers find it easy to check our deliveries and process our invoices. Schedules can be exported into PDF files that are easily distributed via email. |

We use our own vehicles for almost all our larger deliveries, allowing us the opportunity to meet |

your site representatives and explain aspects of our supply in person. We also use a next day carrier when necessary. |

The way we work |

Your requests for information or pricing are fully analysed by our staff, itemising the various components needed and entered onto our computer system. Should we identify the need for further information, we will contact you to ensure that your exact requirements are understood. We will also ensure we meet your particular standards plus any mandatory standards. |

We will then select the most appropriate components and update the computer records to provide a fully itemised and costed schedule. This is submitted for your approval. |

When you decide to go ahead, we will then pick, package and deliver your order in the way most suited to your particular projects. We often, for example, package and label by your door code, including fitting instructions for the convenience of your staff. |

All delivery notes and invoices follow the same layout as the quotation, enabling you to quickly identify and sign-off deliveries. |
|
We have a returns service in the rare event of a problem with a delivery. |
